Lombok Property Listing User Guide

1. Introduction

The first time a property investor like yourself lists property on our web site is always the most difficult. You might feel overwhelmed by all the steps described in this user guide. We are happy to help you list your property for a donation of your choosing to cover our efforts, but we believe that you will understand the work process quickly and be up and running sooner than you think. Property listing is basically about describing the property with information, photos and a map.

If you would like our help we need the following from you for each plot:

  • Property short description

  • Land size in are
  • Price per are
  • Total price

  • One or more photos, each having a description
  • One photo to be used as featured image
  • GPS coordinates for the corners of the plot or for all of the land in the property project together with a map description – also let us know if you would like each plot to have its own map, otherwise all plots will be drawn in one map

Please send all of the above information by email to info@lombokpropertyland.com and make a donation with PayPal below by selecting preferred amount and clicking “Donate”.

2. Request property project identification

Property projects are identified with a unique number (1 to n) to maintain some structure. One property project can consist of multiple plots sharing the same property project identifier. Plots are identified with letters A to ZZ that you are free to assign to each plot.

Before you may start listing plots in a new property project, you need to request a unique identifier by sending an e-mail to info@lombokpropertyland.com
